Gipahalipayan sa TUCP ang American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), ang pederasyon sa 56 ka mga national ug international labor unions sa America nga dakog natampo sa kadaugan sa duha ka lider.
Ang AFL-CIO dunay 12.5 million ka mga sakop.

Sa pagkapili ni Biden ug Harris, sigon sa TUCP nga may tingog na ang minilyon ka trabahador sulod sa White House.
Naglaum usab ang TUCP mga makakuha og susamang resulta sa piliay sa Pilipinas sa tuig 2022.
“Workers now have a voice inside the White House in President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. And it is our hope to elect the same results for our 2022 Presidential elections,”matod sa TUCP.
