Aduna kini kadugtungan sa updated Salary Schedule for the Civilian Personnel nunot sa Executive Order (EO) No. 64, s. 2024, nga naglatid sa second tranche sa salary increase nga kinahanglang ipatuman sa January 1, 2025.
Ang third tranche ipatuman sa 2026, ug ang final tranche sa 2027.

Ang umento ma-apply ngadto sa tanang civilian government personnel sa executive, legislative, ug judicial branches; mga trabahante sa mga constitutional commissions ug ubang constitutional offices, state universities and colleges, ug mga government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs) nga dili covered sa Republic Act (RA) No. 10149 and EO No. 150, bisan unsa pa ang appointment status, regular, casual or contractual; appointive or elective; ug kon anaa man sa full-time or part-time basis.
Apan wala na kini mag-apil sa military and uniformed personnel, government agencies nga na-exempt gikan sa RA No. 6758, GOCCs under RA No. 10149 and EO No. 150, ug mga tawo nga na- engaged sa employer-employee relationships ug gipundohan sa non-personnel services appropriations/budgets.
Dili sab kini ma-apply sa sa mga student workers and apprentices ug niadtong mga tawo kang kansang serbisyo gikuha pinaagi sa job orders, contracts of service, ug uban pa nga anaa sa susamang sitwasyon.
