Agila mitugpa sa atop sa balay sa Tuyan, City of Naga

NAKURAT ang mga molopyo sa sitio Suba, Tuyan, City of Naga, Cebu sa dihang usa ka dakong langgam ang mibatog sa atop sa usa ka balay niadtong Dominggo sa hapon, Oktubre 4, 2020.

Usa diay kini ka Philippine Serpent Eagle nga may shoestring o liston nga nakahigot sa tuong tiil niini.

Kagahapon, ang mga molopyo nga sila si Tomasa Repollo ug Rochelle Denotol miturn-over sa agila ngadto sa City Environment and Natural Resources Office (C-ENRO).

“The Philippine Serpent Eagle is found in the major islands of the Philippines mostly in Luzon and Mindanao except Palawan. This bird is usually found in forest clearings, open woodlands, and sometimes in cultivated lands with scattered trees. Although they are listed as Least Concern species by BirdLife International, they are also threatened due to habitat loss,” sigon sa City Government of Naga sa post sa facebook page.

Niawhag ang CENRO sa Naga nga kon makakita og serpent eagle itugyan gyod dayon ngadto sa DENR sanglit dili kini mamahimong buhion sa balay.

Wa matino kon diin gikan ang maong agila ug kon nganong may higot kining liston sa sapatos.
